An Idea - Build, Build, Build...

Is that all you ever seem to do? More importantly, are you finding yourself building sites for the same niche over and over again? If so, you may be doing yourself more harm than good!

Think about this, do you have sites of your own that you can use to cross sell your surfers? If not, why not?

One of the first things that i did when joining the adult industry was to build one free site for every niche i could find, gay and straight, as long as i could find a sponsor to send the traffic to of course

By free site, im talking about a really simple site with no more than 30 pics on it, an index page, navigation page, gallery page and several HTML pic pages.

The benefits of this are virtually unlimited, by ensuring that you have at least one site in every one of the main niches it gives you more power when it comes to targeting your surfers, if you have a twink site for example, by placing a link table on the bottom of all the pages going to your other free sites, if a surfer doesnt specifically want to see naked twinks and, they were actually looking for bears, they are a single click away from finding a bear site, your bear site, if they hit your gay mature site and, they were actually looking for a straight mature site, by having a link on your sites going to your straight hub, you can send them, in a couple of clicks to a straight mature site, your str8 mature site.

Moral of the story? If you spend a little time building like hell for as many niches as possible that you can find sponsors for, you'll have a much better chance at filtering your traffic and, making sure that the surfer hitting your site is actually finding what it is they are looking for, rather than turning the surfer back to Google or whatever search engine they used to find your site, send them to another of your own sites, maximize the effect of every surfer that hits your site.

As usual, I have a completely different approach than you,

. I barely have enough time in the day to build sites for the 3 or 4 niches that i work in.

Sure I could crank out templated junk at a high rate and maybe I will do that someday (if I can ever get that damned script working). But I find that I have better luck building quality sites with fresh content in the niches that I enjoy. Because of this, I have devoted bookmarkers that come back day-after-day. And because they trust me, they often are anxious to try paysites that I present to them.

I don't have tons of traffic but the traffic that I have is VERY productive.

My advice... find your niches, work the hell out of them and become the master!

See thats what i said the other day, you have found a method that is working for you and you are duplicating it because of that, you are making money

I would ask though, if a surfer hits your site using a googl search for the term 'bareback' how do you know they are looking for mature guys in to barebacking?

They could be looking for twinks who bareback.

Are those surfers [the ones looking for twinks] going to buy a membership to one of the sites you offer on your real guy sites?

Would they be likely to buy a membership to another site if you gave them the option of going to a twink bareback site that you owned?

I will NEVER do an asian site EVER! I'd rather build straight sites first... and I want to do that about as much as I want to pour hydrochloric acid in my eyes. Lol

Haha a new niche?

The point is though, by building this twink site, you are going to be able to offer your surfers an alternative to what you currently have, irrespective of the niche, offering them an alternative is a smart move, in the long run, its going to mean more money for you

I like asian people just fine. I'm simply not attracted to them in a sexual way. I just need more secondary male sexual characteristics to get my motor running. If I could find real asian men like Tagame draws, I'd be all over that niche!

Ah poor Jasun! I haven't had a chance to promote FratMen.tv yet. But I will definitely give it a shot when I finally get this new project going. And I will save some of the primo banner real estate for you.
