Niche Specific Upsells? Who Has Them?

Im looking for a range of niche specific upsells i can use on some gay sites, what i mean by that is, im not just looking for general 'gay' upsells rather, products and sites that have a varied niche list to go with them, sort of like how the AEBN theatres have a bunch of gay niches catered.

In an ideal world, id like to find some chat providers, PPV theatres (in addition to AEBN who i already have) and, if possible, some non-porn upsells like health manuals, muscle building and the likes, all of which should target the gay consumer.

Does anyone have any links they'd like to share to any companies who offer the things im trying to find?

We also just bought gaymovies.com and changed the colors and style.

You only have a standard 'gay' site from what i can see, im looking for niche specific gay sites, latino guys, ebony guys, etc etc.

We have specific niche theaters set up for bear, leather, twinks, muscle and latinos.

Thanks James, What I'm after is live models. By maintainable I mean basically that the models show up.
