this is from a news.com story:
I checked out flock.com and they list a few of their new features asA small team of developers in California on Friday launched a cutting-edge Firefox-based Web browser dubbed Flock, which integrates next-generation Web technologies such as RSS content feeds, blogs and bookmark and photo sharing.
The browser's new features are based on new Web technologies fast attracting fans in the online community--part of a movement that has come to be known as Web 2.0.
* The Blog Manager
* The Flickr Topbar
* RSS integration
* Favorites with del.icio.us integration
* The Shelf
* History Search
And there are all sorts of warning saying this is a developers release.
What I really think is great is that a few years ago everyone was saying the browser market was dead and that IE would always be the standard, but now we have firefox as a fully developed and rapidly growing alternative and soon there will be another one.
cheers,
Luke
