we are finally getting our site back up, and i mailed epoch / paycom support to install the password stuff since we've changed servers.

10 minutes later, tai got back to me - it was all done. i tested it, and everything worked fine. then i wrote for new prices, and some linking info, and within another 15 minutes, tai had sent that to us.

Thanks for the good words and I'll make sure Tai sees this. He's definitly one of our best and has been with Epoch almost as long as I have. I have him beat by only a couple of months. He gets it done.

I can echo your sentiments on Epoch. We use them for processing some of our sites and I have always had a very prompt response ffrom their support staff when I had a problem.

Basschick - Yes we do process for non-adult. There are a few things we won't accept and using an IPSP for some items might not be the best fit for you. It really all depends on what it is. Get with me privately if you'd like to discuss. You have my IM.
