Epoch, damn I must say that is impressive. Exactly what I needed in less than 4 minutes. Now somehow could I get hosts, other programs, credit card companies and other companies to have that time of response time we would be set. Why can't everyone offer this type of customer service?

I concur. This morning we had an email from a customer who tried joining our site with 6 different credit cards and was denied. I emailed Paycom about it, went to go pee, and by the time I was back to my computer I already had the answer to my question waiting for me from Tai. He was using an email with a free server which was why he was denied, I let the guy know, and afterwards he was able to successfully sign up to the site. Thanks Paycom! :thumbsup:

I think it's worth going at least for one of the days. Probably Thursday when they also have the XBiz awards. The hottest ticket in town is going to be that webmaster event at the Playboy Mansion on Friday night. That's going to be a helluva party. Gotta have a ticket to go.
