Have you seen the new AVN Online?

I'm loving the cover of the November issue. Since our new editor, Tony Lovett, took over, the mag has been looking quite spiffy. We're trying to take it in new and unique directions. Gone are the tired porn starlets with their tits & ass plastered across the cover; the covers are more artistic and clever, and really set the tone for the new and improved AVN Online magazine.

My story on the future of the gay adult marketplace is also in there, inspired in part by a few of you folks who shared your predcitions with me. Most of them, however, I came up with on my own.

Awwww, thanx. I'm really happy to be a part of AVN Online. Tony is really attempting to move the magazine in a new direction--a fun, responsible one. He's really into the idea of us making people laugh again, and he's also not opposed to "think pieces" that examine the content and the messages behind it. And he's really into the idea of upping the gay content as well, which has given me the freedom to run with the gay side and start pitching bigger features and stories that talk about OUR side of the porn fence for a change.

I LOVE the cover of the November issue. The whole tarot card theme. It's great. And I thought it was very bold for them to represent the LOVERS card as two men about to kiss. That was a nice touch as well.
