I just received this sick email

That's similar to the Chechen spam I've been receiving -- the weird/sick/hillarious part of those spams are first they threaten you that they're going to kill all our sons and daughters and then they offer to launder your money, sell guns, drugs and who knows what else to you...

There's some pretty weird/twisted ppl out there.

Yeah, I'll say. :wacko: The part about selling kid's organs for 90k is just so disgusting it makes me want to puke. This is the first time I really felt violated from receiving a spam email.

Yeah, I was in Thailand during the Tsunami, and after that horrible disaster happenned it was on the news how people were kidnapping the children who lost their parents. It really has to make you wonder about the human race, that people could even think of taking children and using them in these ways. Talk about selling your soul. I think these are true crimes going on in the world that the US should really take a stand against and be going after rather then focusing energy on websites that contain sex with consenting adults.

Could easely be a trap from FBI or such but as a matter of fact in all countries with war there is some trade with children. As well as in poor regions all over the world.
Sometimes the proper parents sell their children for money and often enough. I they'll go to porn or to the organs bank - or both, they will never know.

Well maybe the terms physical or own parents would be more appropriate.

But it starts with softer manipulations for example in India people have still a lot of children. This should be their pension. If their land isn't producing enough to feed the familiy or there is no land at all - cutting them (the babies) off arms or legs is daily business. Grown up a little bit they are the ideal candidates being sent begging in the cities and aeroports. On practical boards fixed on little wheels, giving speed with their hands on the floor - if no legs available.

Poor people of counties around Saudi Arabia lease or sell the kids to rich Saudis. They fix them on their racing camels with strings, the way they cannot fall down but easely be burried under it. The lighter/younger the kid the better. So the camel is quicker. Those races are very popular in some countries.
Have to admit this is comparatively harmless because they give those boys back when useless: speak too heavy.

Also abduction of women for prostitution is still far away of being under control even in Europe. There is a steady flow from east to west. Why shouldn't they do it with children. It's even easier.

Yes these things do happen all over the world. In Southeast Asia seeing kids with arms chopped off on purpose or mutilated beggars is common, but it's known by most of the local people that it's done on purpose to try to shock people into donating money. That's why usually the only people you see giving money in these countries are the tourists that don't know any better and think these things are unfortunate accidents.

Do most of the local people support or agree with this? The answer is no, and I think regardless of the culture the majority of people would think cutting off children's arms or selling children in these ways is sick and should be stopped. In fact, it's often the tourist that unknowingly supports this trade by giving money as a 'charity' when in fact they are only encouraging these people to continue this sort of thing.

This is really a global problem and it's a lack of awareness combined with people not doing anything to stop it that lets it continue.

You are completely right dannyz.
Just wanted to show differences in civilizations and that other parts of the world are quite different and therefore or even when in circumstnces of war have quite a changed attitude toward life or human beings...and everything you can imagin.
At this point we have a bit problems in Europe as well. Since the war in Jugoslavia the west is flooded by poeple from the east. Those people are often nice but quite different to our life style.
They change our youth. Their children go to school with knives and start quarrels very easely, are offended very quick (certainly has also to do with leaving their place behind and family - but)
Women are not alowed to leave the house without accompaniment and men take everything so personal (familiy-feuds). It needs 1-3 generations to acclimatize those people to the rhytme of our live style.
