also there's soup plantation at 3rd and la cienega - they were really good when we had a webmaster lunch there.

Hamburger Mary's and the Abbey are too loud. We tried to do a lunch at the Abbey with Basschick, Buck Angel, Andy and me but it was sooooo loud we could hardly talk. Soup Plantation is good. Sizzler was great. Both places you can get a large table together. Of course, it doesn't need to be a big lunch, coffee in the evening is fine, if someone can think of a nice place where we all could sit together. I'm up for anything.

The Abbey was too loud during LUNCH? I've gone there for lunch several times, and it's always very quiet and kinda dead when I'm there. Maybe you should go around 2 or 3pm so the lunch rush is over.
