Does anyone know of an application that will let me split multiple movie files at once?

What im hoping to find is a program thats going to let me load up to 10+ movies at a time, select the time frames for each section, then hit go and it will split them all for me.

Does this exist or am i stuck having to convert 1 movie file at a time?
