Video Interlacing Problems - HELP !!!

Would appreciate any advice on how to stop Video interlacing problems when encoding to WMV when using digital media converter...

Now in normal speak when you look at the vids it looks like you are looking at then through Venetian blinds. Lines on them.

Any advice here would be appreciated.

Never really worked with this program before..but if you are having interlacing problems, make sure your properties or template that you are using to encode with is set to de-interlace the video.

Sounds like for some reason, the progressive encoding (the OTHER standard) is having problems rendering the video.
