Amateur Straight Guys MIA?

Does anyone here know if Amateur Straight Guys aka Digital Ventures, LLC has gone out of business or are on the verge of it? I've tried to get in contact with them COUNTLESS times, but to no avail. Being knee-deep in cock is no excuse for this level of neglect. Their lack of response is beginning to raise other concerns of a more financial nature.

Has anyone experienced the same trouble with them?

I'm assuming you're Emailing them through the form in their Affiliate area. You may never get a response using that form. Several times I tried and never heard back.

They've been pretty responsive when Emailing them through the main website. They're good guys. I just think their form is misconfigured. Again, that's assuming you're trying to contact them that way.

JoeG - i have the same problem with another sponsor. they have answered 1 out of 5 of my emails - well, it's more emails but it was 5 separate situations. some companies just plain suck at customer service, and at a certain point, it's very uncomfortable.

I'm not using their contact form, I have a few of their email addresses.

Also, I don't wish to go into full detail, but this goes beyond their poor cust service.

I would also like to note that I don't like spreading my troubles, in this, a public forum. This SHOULD be a matter that is handled personally between the two parties. But, since we webmasters have no labor union, and there's really very little we can do as far as legal reprisal, I felt that reaching out to other webmasters would be the best course of action.

These things need to be kept in the public eye and monitored. If for no other reason, to help the little guy, and keep dubious practices by affiliate programs under some level of control. If you've been screwed out of monies owed, speak out. Don't let the intimidation or spin of the affiliate program's forum mouthpiece bully you into a forgotten corner.
