Hey Guys...

I've been around on GWW for a few months now and I'm impressed with all the support and comments that webmasters offer each other.

I'd like to hear your comments about a new site I'm in the process of launching. It's called ShaneSixty (http://www.shanesixty.com/) and it's aimed at the softcore market. So, it's not hardcore porn but more light nudity, eye-candy type stuff, etc... It's similar to what AllAmericanGuys.com is putting out, however ShaneSixty contains nudity.

Let me know what you all think overall! And, specifically I'd like to hear about:

- What's your impression of the site's overall appeal?
- Do you find the site easy to naviage and flow thorugh?
- Are the previews enticing enough for you?

Hot looking stuff! Some extremely attractive guys on there, especially.

One thing that strikes me off the bat, however, is the quality of some of those preview images and thumbs. I think some of them got pretty pixellated or grainy while being processed for the site or something. I'd initially thought maybe you'd used image size tags on images that were bigger (shrinking them down with width= and height= html) but I guess that isn't it. Maybe want to adjust your photoshop settings.

I think that especially for the preview, those pictures can afford to be cleaned up. Like on this page:

The main images at the top are super hot. But the ones down further (the 165x211s) look kinda grainy.

Otherwise, looks like good stuff. Personally I love sites like that. Nudity can be as hot as hardcore porn, if not hotter. So would imagine you could do quite well with it! Congrats on the site!

Good looking site. I'm always a sucker for clean & easy to navigate pages. Although it seems I'm never quite satisfied with our own.

I noticed on your entry page the surfer has to scroll to find the entry link. A few years ago some of our sites had the enter/leave links pretty low on the page. We saw an immediate increase in the number of internal page views when that was changed. Over time this will lead to more conversions. If they never get passed your entry page, they'll surely never get to your join page.

That's my 2 cents.

Seth: I hadn't thought about the ENTER aspect you mentioned, but i'll definitely incorporate that.

I don't know if it's just me, but when I click on the GUYS OF S60 link, you have a flashing pic there that flashes so fast that it's giving me a fucking headache! LOL! Is it broken, or is it supposed to flash that fast? If so, I would say, "Dude, slow it the hell down already!"

Otherwise, great site. AVN Online has been looking to do some coverage on soft-core sites. We're creating a list of them and may do something on the niche once we have enough.

With the exception of a lot of the photos needing kicked up a notch in the color and sharpness arena - that rocks!

So, just curious. I've been so focused on the gay male market that I haven't given the female market much thought as yet. Although the cross to the female market has occured to me, I've never really looked into how to tap into it and market to them.

Any ideas (anybody) about major protals, link lists or strategies to target this female market?
