CCBill Webadmin Question - Where Do I Find..

Conversion ratios for the sites we're processing through CCBill?

I can see all the sales that have been made but nothing that breaks them down by traffic sent / conversion ratio.

    Regards,

    Lee

You can see a breakdown by joinpage hits to signups, but you can't see it in regards to general traffic from index page to join. Unless it's through an affiliate referral, and then you can see it in the affiliate reports section. I believe, at least.

Agreed with Corbin - I can't find anything other than the join page conversions.

If you are using the CCBill Affiliate login then you can see gross traffic to a site. On my own sites I work out my own conversions using a stats program. Bit more work but report takes me maybe 20 mins a month to make up and I get some good figures which I can use to compare sites etc..

CCBiLL's admin-page is a regular nightmare from a usability viewpoint.
    - except for the opening breakdown of the latest activity.

All we really need is 10 or 15 simple functions, but each of these takes
maybe 10 clicks to reach, not counting all the blind alleys. Awfull.

    Hey Lee,

The Form Hits report will give you a breakdown of how many hits were sent to the join page, how many submitted the form, and how many were approved. Reports-->Transactions-->Form Hits. I believe this is what you're looking for.

There is also the Conversions report that will tell you the number of signups that converted to the first rebill, the second rebill and so on. Reports-->Analysis-->Conversions.

Be sure to check out the Quick Links on the right side of the admin area. You can add whatever links you want to it. That's what I've done - populated that list with the admin areas and utilities I use most often. So after logging in, everything is a click away.
