Well let's see... weblogs.com gets pinged automatically, as does most of the places on this list: http://pingomatic.com/ actually. Course there's also Yahoo! http://publisher.yahoo.com/rssguide and The MSN feeds http://rss.msn.com/publisher.armx too.

Off hand I can't think of any that don't. All the ones above should be accepting adult feeds.
