The Electron card is ordered during the first couple of days the month where the old one expires if you have the funds in your account for a new card.
The new card will be ordered and you should receive it in about 2 weeks.

Keyser, the cards should be sent out with a little overlap so that we can continue to use our cards at all times. it makes no sense to make someone do without cash.

I just had a new card ordered.
My current card is good thru December and a new card was ordered for me on December 2nd.
So there is 30 days for it to reach me
Well the problem is, my card expired November, i got an email saying it was ordered (and the funds taken out of my acct) and that my existing card would be good until Dec 1st.It is.

we have the same problem...
i registered 14 affiliates on October and we only got 13. i already called epass to follow up yet they never send back the other one.
it's a little frustrating. epassporte used to be pretty reliable about this - i'd send people cards and they'd have them in under ten days no matter where they were. the only people who took over 7 days were in the phillipines.
i know that they're probably making a lot of changes since chris took over but i hope they find a way to streamline sending the cards so it's like it used to be. it's frustrating to send a card and have no idea when it will get there.

The card# that shows in the Epassporte system that i need to activate the pin for and, the number printed on the card we received this morning is different LOL
