The Electron card is ordered during the first couple of days the month where the old one expires if you have the funds in your account for a new card.
The new card will be ordered and you should receive it in about 2 weeks.

Keyser, the cards should be sent out with a little overlap so that we can continue to use our cards at all times. it makes no sense to make someone do without cash.

we have the same problem...
i registered 14 affiliates on October and we only got 13. i already called epass to follow up yet they never send back the other one.
it's a little frustrating. epassporte used to be pretty reliable about this - i'd send people cards and they'd have them in under ten days no matter where they were. the only people who took over 7 days were in the phillipines.
i know that they're probably making a lot of changes since chris took over but i hope they find a way to streamline sending the cards so it's like it used to be. it's frustrating to send a card and have no idea when it will get there.
