If you log in to your CUrious Cash webmaster account, click on links, or promotional materials, it should have a clear example where you simply replace the code in place with your own ID, or alternatively you simply add the model name.

I don't use the mpg galleries but can check if you still are unclear after checking your webmaster forum at Curious Cash.

Okay I went and checked. MPA3 is the new Curious Cash affiliate program. If you are using their free hosted galleries, you have to sign up thru their new program. It uses cascade billing and is not thru ccBill anymore. Old codes will still earn you money but you won't be able to use their free hosted galleries. They won't show up.

So you need to change your webmaster ID to the new one (if you haven't signed up for the new program, you have to register again) you get inside the Curious Cash webmaster program. That will allow the free hosted galleries to load and work properly.
