How do I know if someone is stealing traffic?

Sales have all of a sudden gone down in the last week. Checking my affilate stats the same traffic seems to be coming in but no sales, also my server stats seem the same, but surfers are not staying on my site for as long.

I think I am just freakin out because I sometimes think someone could steal my sales. How can you check?

Maybe its just because everyone is buying gifts, no money for porn. Dec used to be my best month of the yr though.

Thank god it isn't just me. Sales from affiliate programs in the past week have really sucked. The only thing I've been selling lately have been 19.95 memberships to Tyler's Room. Everything else pretty much died the first of December.

I got a natural gas bill that doubled in just one month... I'm not spending anything I don't have to spend right now. I think there are lots of people pinching pennies right about now.

I know some people will say they are setting sales records, but they probably say they have a 18 inch dick too. :devil:

welcome to the christmas season. it's always been slow for most people in our industry. it's not just paying for christmas - it's making plans for family stuff and trips, and then the college boys come home and don't want to be caught surfing porn. dad doesn't want them to catch him, either.

cheer up - soon dad and the college sons will get new computers and they'll be surfing porn again.

Christmas should come early. Like MWCrew said I am going to be pinching pennies as well. Energy bills have gone up and I have no idea what my bill is going to be, being a 1st time home buyer a few months ago.

I will have to get another job just to pay the bills.

mhh, sales are a little bit less now. But not realy going down. That's normal for christmas time, I think. After Christmas the sales will grow again as every year. Don't panic!

We've slowed down a tad as well but like others have said, that's pretty normal.

I looked back three years and we have a dip beginning in late November and usually lasting through December. Our highest sales periods have always been early Fall and and again in late Winter. It's all about averages.
