Another one of my fun questions is.. Do you guys think that things like:
Fisting, Large Dildo ( Toys ) ,Enema, Ass play, Water sports, Bondage
Will be considered or is considered OBSCENE??? I have been reviewing alot of old and newer porn and I find that it is in alot of stuff.. From what I understand that obscene acts in video are not aloud etc... But it seems alot of people are still making the films!

Now me being a huge fan of ( Butts!) I love a man butt and there is nothing more I appreciate on a guy ( Something to know about kelly my favorite thing on a man!) Do you think rimming is something that maybe considered OBSCENE? I sure hope not! UGH!!!

While all sexual activites could be considered obscene somewhere (community standards vary greatly) I think that you are quite safe with rimming...since it is wide spread (no pun intended) in BOTH the hetro and homosexual communities as a common sex act.

The trouble with trying to define "obscene" is that the US Supreme Court test for what is obscenity is old, outdated, and didn't really even work when it was written. "Obscene" was something with no redeeming value and that violated community standards. Community standards was kind of hard to define in 1973, so you had to get charged and then let a jury of 12 people not smart enough to avoid jury duty decide if what you were selling is obscene. I personally would like to know BEFORE criminal charges are filed, not try to define obscenity afterwards. In 1973, porn was sold in bookstores, hardly ever by mail, and online just didnt exist. The seller knew where the material was going to be sold because it had to be shipped to the adult bookstore, and you knew where that bookstore was located. Now, the seller really has no idea where the product will be sold, and the product can be sold online to some in West Hollywood California and Mobile, Alabama at the same time, but both through an internet website. Which "commmunity" do you set your standards by??
The Extreme Associates case is heading to the US Supreme Court, hopefully they will take the case and maybe, just maybe, they might give us a new definition of obscenity, or at least a better test. The Court might decide not to hear the case, or they may not reach any discussion of what obscenity is. I am optimistic. A new obscenity test that is more workable in the Internet world would make all of our jobs easier.

Right now, you could probably sell a fisting video in Bear Country, California without anyone thinking it is obscene, but then someone orders it in Middle Amana, Iowa [one of those places where people still drive horse drawn wagons] and images of women with low necklines and skirts up to their knees would be considered obscene.

In my opinion, as long as the only actors are consenting adults and there is no wicked violence, like simulated murder or shooting models in the genitals it should be free to sell in a country that is supposed to have freedom of expression.

Obscenity is subjective, of course.

Personally, I do find things like "gape" and "rosebud" (the showing of an asshole spread wide open so you can see inside) extremely disgusting and, yes, obscene. I have a hard enough time sitting through the surgical scenes on E.R., let alone having to look up some dude's asshole, or when he pushes it out so that his insides are coming at me like a nasty 3-D video. That's just gross, and there is NOTHING at all sexy about that. A little bit of mystery, please!

Scat would also be something I find to be obscene. (It's also something best left to jazz singers, haha). On the other hand, I LOVE watersports scenes, and can't get enough of them.

Sounding (the insertion of metal rods into the eurethra of the penis) is also pretty nasty to me. Not so much "obscene," but just nasty. I don't wanna see it.

These are things I would never do in my own sex life, and I just don't want to see them in my movies. These days, I pretty much avoid that stuff completely and I leave it to the dirty perverts who enjoy it! LOL! Kidding.

Who gets to decide what is obscene? If you don't want to look at something, don't buy it!!
HOWEVER---

If you possess something that is Obscene, you can go to PRISON for looking at it.

I really don't care if someone else gets all queasy if they see 3 guys fucking each other and spewing huge loads over each other's faces. Nobody is forced to watch, and as long as the actors are all consenting adults, everything should be cool.

If anyone tries to tell me that their definition of obscene is the right one, that I should abide by their definitition and I should go to jail for looking at something they don't like then I will have to grab their lower jaws and piss down their throats.

I agree . Let people do there own thing.. as long as there not pushing it on you!! It is there life and you shouldnt be so stupid to try and make people do what you want! This is suppose to be the land of freedom and individuality and it isnt at all.. If someone wants to fuck there horse . I may think it is NASTY SHIT! But it is non of my business and I have my own life that I care to run and not other peoples.. There is alot of things in this world that could be considered obscene to alot of different people.. I mean my grandma thinks the word " Shit!" Is obscene but guess what everyone does it and shit HAPPENS LOL... But is comes down to different point of views........ Plus they are big control issues alot of people that are out there saying you shouldnt be gay.. It is for there own reasons and not really in the concerns of other people I think which is sad I just wish everyone had equal rights.. I guess we dont live in a perfect world though.. But it is a nice thought This country is suppose to be all about equality but it seems other countrys even 3rd worlds countrys are way ahead of us in these areas.. Hopefully we will catch up one day!!
