public domain pictures?

Every day I see a lot of AVS and FREE sites using stolen content, the webmaster sometimes say "are public domain pictures" I have taken the pictures from NEWS groups.

But I know that if you have not the license you can't use it in your sites, literally, public domain pictures not exist.

what do you think about this?

what is there to think? there are no public domain adult pictures, period. they are thieves, either knowingly or unknowingly. the people i know pay for their content as do i. most avs's will drop the site if you show them that piece of text, btw.
