No idea but even though this is a spam im going to leave the post here because well... the sooner Google finds out about that url the sooner youll be getting your ass sued :groovy:

You do have to question the sense some webmasters have.

Funny that when you just hit the search button without adding any keywords it show "Main Page Template"

Looks like a spam for people to buy their scripts.

you didnt reply my question? if the word 'seach' was/is registered tm what would we do? wat would 7search do? what would searchfeed do?
does having a name tm means that all u have the domains names related to it cant be bought? then this will be end of the internet idea. do you know that there is a tm search engine named Fast ?
if you search for the company names on the world .. you will see you can use or register nothing!

Google is trademarked. It is used as a search engine. You chose to use a trademarked term FOR a search engine.

Why not ask one of the attorneys over on the DN Forum what they think?

He's not getting it in his head. Maybe he wants to be sued to make it in the national news? Maybe asking a lawyer for their input is something that would work.
