Need tips on how to make my tgp site better

i'am still new to the tgp world i would like to know some tips on how to make my tgp site better and to get more traffic and to make more money with those bucks programs please give me all your tips thanx many

better quality thumbs. make sure ALL the thumbs are sharp (not oversharpened, though) and don't have orange thumbs up there. choice of subject in thumb is important to - the thumbs should be as sexy and inviting as possibe.

your header is distracting and doesn't really contribute to the page.

looks like your top trades are all with the same webmaster/company. i wouldn't do that if i were you. if something goes wrong on their end - server problems, being hit by a cheater or a DOS - having 4 of them in your top 4 spots means they'll pull you down with them.

those text links above the thumbs aren't great for productivity, i wouldn't think. and if you're just growing a site, having 2 text links for PPV isn't going to help you out.

and are you checking the submissions? There is at least one site that many have discussed that is not of age... and you posted on another board where they told you that... now its on your front page... so Pierre... you need to address that issue before you get into deep doo doo with the Feds...

Replied to your PM's so that should answer the question but bottom line Pierre is that you MUST check the submissions yourself, and insure they are legit and that they Continue TO Be Legit... and if you have doubts if a site is legal, Don't List It... better safe than sorry in this instance.

In my opinion, Its really hard to make good money with a single gay tgp.
Believe me I run one thats fairly popular and has all bookmarkers.
Most gay tgps dont get more than 15k visitors a day. Its super fucking hard to get above 20k visitors a day consistently.

So if you want to make money you need to run a ton of gay tgps or have a name and/or concept thats different.
Because there are a million thumbnail sites with pictures of hot guys so if you *really* want to make money then you need to do something to stand out, or multiply your efforts so you cover more bases.

I don't have too much experience designing them, but I have a lot "consuming" (so to speak), keep this in mind.

The color is good and relaxing, as basschick said (I think) having the VOD link on the menu and just under it doesn't make any sense, move it just right below the movies section so, after people are done viewing all the movies, they'll be (to put it plain and simple) horny enough to spend on the linked site.

Placing the movies up was really good, in my own personal experince, I don't pay attention to sites that only have pics, they are boring to me...

Right after the movies section you have three banners in a row, remember that most porn sites have a lot of sponsors and they are ussually placed together at the very bottom, so, the viewer that's not paying attention to the sidebar might think that's the end of the site and move away, try to limit the number to one per inter-section.

Move "Our Friends" down of "Premium", "Our Friends" should be the closing, for those that "want a little bit more".

On the sections themselves (those of the menu) you must try to pay more attention when placing the content, in example, there are professionals in the amateurs section, and twinks in the hunks section.

Links opening on a new window is great, when doing a porn site you should always try to make it as easy as possible to navigate (remember, your custommers are surfing with one hand only )

Self promotion (your own pics) was done in a really subtle way, good touch. :thumbsup:
