Webhosting needet

Hi hope y'all got many many presents.

Well, I am looking for mine here

Looking for webhosting pysically (servers must be) outside of the US and outside of Germany.
Liberal countries like Netherlands (not a must) are very welcome - IF the company that runs the hosting center is OUTSIDE of Europe, has no offices WITHIN Europe.

Hosting company ideally acceps either acceps epassporte or paypal or direct cash deposits to their bank account. Money via wires or credit card is not feasable.

The webhosting offer should include:

little bit of webspace (~100MB)
(!!) mod_rewrite
(!) mysql databases (~3-5)
web-gui for administration (plesk, confixx...)
(!) different Class-C IP-Adresses which can be bound to domains.
shell via SSH (so one can alter files directly on the server without FTPing)
traffic volume will be below 5 GB a month

Now, who is able to shuff that down my chimney?

thanks for the recommendations, but we are only offering shared hosting from the USA and I don't think 5GB per month traffic would justify a dedicated server in the netherlands
