i had my tgp site opened since dec 1 and i have tried so many sponsor and have not made any money yet is there some kind of reason why i mean i have used 70 gig of bandwith in less then a month i do have many visitor's per day.. just can't figure why i'am not making money i have added banners all over the site to try and make a dollar of sponsor it's just not working for me .. please help me LOL
You cant just throw a TGP up and expect to make money unfortunately, if only it was that simple.

i think most of my thumbnails are clear and crispt and stuff i mean what can i do better i try to do my best to make the tgp look good
If a lot of the galleries that I clicked were yours, you're using the same sponsor that everyone else is using on TGPs. Those Muscle Men XXX movie clips are absolutely everywhere.
I'd try finding some sponsors who will give you some stuff that isn't so over exposed or buy some content yourself and promote some sites that people may not have seen.

Lee is right. This is a business and an investment. Nothing happens quickly unless your doing something different and amazing.
Theres debate about this, but in my experience the money from running a tgp comes from people who return to your site over and over, and learn to trust you.
And what is "many visitors"? a few hundred a day? 10k a day?
If your new site has "Many visitors a day" this early in its life then its probably poor quality recycled traffic you bought or traded, and poor quality traffic rarely buys. Theyre just clicking clicking clicking until they find that 1 guy they like who they can jerk off to.
As for your bandwith, your pics are 160x120 and wayyy too big and people on slower connections will leave your site after a few seconds.
most successful mgps do 88x88 or 120 x 90.
how many hits per day is a lot? 50,000?
do you rotate your galleries daily?
take down all the banners - use text links only. and the worse they look - like those 3 buttons and 1 banner on the top - the LESS sales you'll make. this is NOT a case where having more = more money. having 4 banners one on top of another is a great way to make less cash AND less bookmarkers.
pick better thumbs. i said it before, but this is essential. almost every thumb you have up there is bad. surfers leave sites with bad thumbs, and the thumbs put them out of the mood to buy. you cannot use oversharpened thumbs. you cannot use blurry thumbs. you need thumbs with interesting subject material.
choose quality galleries. whether they are submitted or fhg's or your own galleries, bad galleries will cost you bookmarkers and sales.
pay a designer and host your own galleries if you're really serious.
the bottom line is what i said to you before. tgps are a lot of work and require a lot of knowledge which you don't have. change your tgp to a review site - there's MUCH less work and much less knowledge needed.
D-bear is absolutely right about the gallery sponsors being tired and over-used.
Are the galleries yours or submitted by other webmasters? If they are yours... get some new sponsors.
If the galleries are not yours, why aren't they? Many good affiliate programs have FHG's that you can load up your site with and keep the sales to yourself.
I have a little TGP that gets maybe a few hundred hits a day from SEs and 404 redirects. Text links are better than thumbs for SE traffic, so I mix up the thumbs with text links. I loaded my TGP with FHG's and I rotate them everyday. I get a few sales a week from it. I know it's not much but once it's set up, there is zero work involved. It's just an another way to make a little extra money and to filter your traffic.

The galleries you have with us you are doing great with. I would just try as many sponsors as possible and those that aren't performing well remove them. That is what we do with our free site. It takes awhile to make some money with any tgp hang in there.

At the top you have 3 buttons. Xobile, AEBN and TweakingTwinks. There is no link on the AEBN button.
ok i have fix my thumbnails what do you think now is that much better i think the quality of the thumbs are not so bad
