Your goals and resolutions for 2006

My goals are pretty simple my first one is to start walking on crutches again. I started standing and that has been working my legs like crazy. I do therapy every single day in my hot tub. Walking again is definitely my #1goal.

As for business goals I want to release some more sites in 2006 and hopefully hire my photographer and my boyfriend full time. I also want to have all my business debts paid off.

As for resolutions I want to go to the gym once a week and will continue working hard doing therapy until I am walking without any aids.

    How about you guys?

I didnt know you had trouble walking Mark. What happened? Sorry if thats nosey, I just dont know the story.
You look young and strong from your avatar, I hope you get your wishes soon.

as for goals: one of my goals for this year is to hire a part timer or two, to do the things I dont want to do.
Ive outsourced a few things but the results are always luke warm, so Ill look harder.

I really want to expand in 2006. Ive started moving more mainstream and so far so good.
Id like to see if I can double my income in 2006. If I work my ass off I can do it.

hey, mark - interesting question, interesting goals.

after having several health issues, i have just started to really do some rehab. my personal goal for 2006 isn't so much about weight as rehab. i'd like to get back into condition so i can get back to bodybuilder in 2007.

for 2006 i'd like to get man of muscle on its feet and start 2 more sites - all non nude. i'm working toward some glossy print ads, better video/processing equipment and a full-time designer for this year.

good luck to all in acheiving their goals!

    - Increase the amount of enjoyment I get out of life by playing more while (of course) decreasing time spent at work.

    - Acquire my level three avalanche certificate.

    - Spend less time in the city and more time in the great outdoors (mountains).

... and maybe find a furry partner in crime (dog), like a malamute or similar.

I got a gym membership too so I am resolving to drop a few kilos. Plus I want to get into investment properties and somehow use my little bit of money to leverage large mortgages and flip them to make big profits...wish me luck!!!

    cheers,
    Luke

I think I'll make a fitness resolution too. I started going to the gym regularly about 2 months ago. I've been pretty good at being consistent too.

So I need motivation to just keep going in January, February, etc.

I made a resolution a few years ago that I have been able to keep

"I resolve to never make another New Year's Resolution"

    And thus I am happier today~~ :-)

The very short story is when I was 12 just one day I became paralyzed from the waist down. It was because of a blood clot in my spinal cord had ruptured. 3 doctors told me I would never walk again. I was flown on a flight for life jet to New York for surgery. I did therapy for a very long time and was able to completly walk fine again. Then I had more blot clots but they hadn't ruptured. So they went in to seal off these blood clots around 93 & 94. The surgery in 94 made my legs very weak I think because they did not give me steriods to prevent any swelling. After that I was on cruthces for over 10 years and near the end walking was getting harder and harder. I went back to NY for a couple more surgeries but in 2003 they said they couldn't do anymore for me. So I found a specialist who removes avm malformations and flew to Arizona in Aug 04 for surgery. I had a 10% chance of death or being paralyzed again. The surgery went really well but made me weak again so now I am not able to walk but slowly getting there. I had had over 6 back surgeries and now because they removed the problem I will never need one again. After surgery I couldn't even sit up in bed but now I can stand and everyday I am getting stronger. Ok I hope that wasn't too long, hehe. Have a Happy New Year.

    Goals for 2006

Cut the rug with Mark soon as he's out of the chair and off those crutches!

Possibly pick up a full or part time designer to help out with my design biz.

    Get some paysites happening.

Actually SAVE UP some money so I can afford health insurance and get some work done on my teeth.
