i'm kinda pissed because i found out today from Epoch that they don't provide any webmaster support via ICQ or AIM or MSN or Y!M or any IM client.

sometimes it's just hard to convey what i need via email and hard to explain things on the phone without being able to show samples and have the person click on certain URLs.

i think it's kinda strange and extremely inconvenient for me. i am on ICQ with techs all day from Electracash, WTS, GXBill, and other processors. When i worked at 2000Charge i provided tech support via ICQ.

as for CCBill webmaster tech support...the ones i've worked with in the past can barely turn on a computer..let alone use ICQ.

am i the only person having a cow about this?
