When you're starting to get paid....

Hello everyone. just a quick question here. I'm starting out in the biz, as an affiliate partner, promoting sites (free sites, gallery pages and the such.) My question is:

As a promotions business.. would it be better for me to incorporate myself or become a sole proprietor...or other? For tax purposes what would be the best way, ....is it possible to incorporate if it's just a promoter that I am? because if so I want to incorporate

I haven't put it out on the internet yet.. but does it depend how much you make for the type of business you sign up with the government?

    Incorporate.

That way, if anything ever happens where you become liable for something legally, only the companies assets can be taken unless there are complex circumstances involved

I still have mine as sole proprietor and just under my own name. Until I get around 500 active members or so that is

Consult a lawyer and an accountant where you live. That's the only way to get a good qualified answer that applies to you.
