yea! That worked thanks guys for all your help.
So I just got a call from the guys at "The Black Party" in NYC looks like they want me do do the show for them this year.
Check it out it looks pretty awesome..5000 leathermen all dancing and fucking in one room all night long..boy my job is starting to pay off

Here's what I've sent three times. You must have recieved it
at least once because you quoted my reply to your question
when you sent the same question again:

Did you not get my email I sent at about 2AM
this morning? His IP is NOT blocked. The user
name was disabled after it was used successfully
by people in 3 different countries. It's rather
unlikely that Todd was in 3 different countries
in a short period of time, so it must have been
used by more than one person. You can change his
password and re-eanble the user using the Strongbox
admin. As I mentioned in my last two emails to you,
though, your host has Apache set to where you are
not allowed to use .htaccess to protect anything
in cgi-bin/, which is why you admin is not working.
To get that working properly you must allow .htaccess
under cgi-bin/ by either removing the existing
"AllowOverride None" directive or adding at least
"AllowOverride FileInfo" for that directory.
Personally I normally do "AllowOverride All",
but all that's really needed is "AllowOverride FileInfo".
