WILMER, Ala. - P. V. Perry, owner of Club Outer Limits, was arrested yesterday afternoon on charges of producing pornography with intent to sell. Perry was released later that same day on $10,000 bail. Wilmer is a small town 15 minutes west of Mobile.

There was no grand jury; police aren't claiming the videos are obscene - simply that Perry made adult videos with intent to sell them. "They're trying to say that it's a crime to shoot a porn in the state of Alabama, but according to what I can find it's not. And they're not even sure about it theirself," Perry said.

"They said that they've got to see where it goes because in the state of Alabama it's a tossup on whether it's legal or not legal."

Dancers from Perry's club appear in the videos, in a mixture of girl/girl, boy/girl, and solo scenes. The videos appear in the member's section of ClubOuterLimits.net called "PV's Playhouse."

"I have a Website and there were four videos on there - and that's what I was arrested for," Perry told AVN.com. "All of the girls were of age and they were consenting adults.

"Mostly the videos are boy on girl and girl on girl. It ain't no animal sex or incest or anything weird like that," he added.

"I'm going to leave them up there. They've had my stuff for the last few weeks reviewing it. A lot of my tapes and CDs and stuff like that they've had for five or six weeks," Perry said. "I'm not taking it down though; I've not done anything wrong."

Perry said he never intended to sell the videos. "The videos are in the members section of the site and if you want to join you can watch the videos, but I don't sell them," he said.

Perry, 57, has run Club Outer Limits for the last two years, converting his restaurant into a strip club after a divorce.

Preliminary hearings in Perry's case will be held on March 29.
Who wants to bet the arresting officer was thrown out of the strip joint or was told he was to ugly to be in a porno? LOL
