I think I have heard every excuse in the book. I think I am too nice when it comes to refunds. When do you give a refund and when do you refuse one? Here are a couple examples.....
If they didn't like the site do you give a refund?
Their cousin signed up for the site?
They thought they cancelled?
They didn't know it would renew automatically?
Site too slow?
I am trying to think of some of the weirdest excuses I have had.
