GAYVN Website.. Whats With The Java App?

Could we get more information on this crash?

Version of IE?
Operating system?
What page you were on when it crashed?
Where you doing anything in particular?

I cannot get it to crash on my machine so anything you can do to help would be great.

I also have SP2 installed on windows XP

I'm using Netscape 8.0. Works fine with the Firefox Engine, but when I switch to the IE engine, the applet hangs, which crashes the browser. I also have SP2.

I just tried in stand alone IE, and it didn't crash. It did seem to hang for awhile, but it let me click off the page, and then it loaded it OK on the resulting page.

Oh yeah, I'm using IE 6.0.2900.2180

The cause seems to be directly related to the applet running on the lower left. We will be replacing that position with Ad space and discontinuing the applet. That should solve the problem. Please bear with us till then.

Lee, update your Sun Java virtual machine. Didn't you have problems before with your VM. I bet IE is still using the Microsoft VM... that's why Firefox isn't crashing.

I dont think IE can use the MS java version since that's been gone a long time.
Now you have to use Sun's JVM

JVM is complete shit though, it bogs me down every time it comes on and im this close to permanently deleting it
