What was the nastiest thing an unhappy customer ever said about your website??

So in the joys of ongoing customer service, I had the honor of dealing with a customer this morning who described my site "as unenticing as sawdust".

Just part of the territory of running your own business that I just adore

Just wondering what were some gems that others have said to you guys?

Man, that's kinda harsh. It's weird that we remember the bad things and not all the great things people say about ourselves and our work.

I love your site. There's something so hot when a guys got his arms tied up, his pits exposed like hostage cub... hmm, think i gotta take a break now

Btw, nice pic you posted, really hot chest you get there.

And as for this customer. . .what he's probably upset about is that there's no "sex" happening with the tied up bears. . which legally I just can't show.

Hmmmm, sounds like he expected to find a lot more on your site than he actually did. I knew going into it what to expect, so I was cool with what I found. Maybe he was hoping to find a lot of actual sex.

Had a guy say over the weekend that our site, www.hotdesertknights.com "sucks". He said it in the context that it "sucks to have to pay $25 to see the site".

Guess he expects that he should be able to come to the site, watch 12 full length films totaling more than 130 hours, see more than 130 video clips, see more than 20,000 XXX photos, have access to hardcore screensavers, receive 20% off every purchase, get free membeship in our sister site, www.MakingGayPorn.com which contains hundreds of hours of behind the sceen fvideo footage plus dozens of full length films, XXX postcards to send to friends and XXXwallpaper all for free!

I don't think that a lot of the guys out there realize what it cost and the time involved to operate a website.

hey, i had one guy tell me he didn't feel that people should have to pay to see porn. he said it just didn't seem right :-/

My wise ol grandpappy once told me that the only way you are gonna please everyone is to be both "bi-sexual and rich"....since I'm neither, I don't even try anymore.

Great, except I would NEVER date a bisexual guy, and I probably wouldn't sleep with him either.

oh well.

I had one guy tell us our site sucked because we didn't give out the personal email addresses of our models so he could "Set up appointments". He then accused us of wanting "A cut of the action".
