Does anyone have any good rec's for some easy to use, simple help desk software.
We have too many people, answering customer stuff remotely, and I want to wrap it all up in one easy to use web interface....

We use PerlDesk for a lot of sites we run.
Easy and can setup departments, reporting, require login, and lots of cool things.
But if you need a stonger system... kayako is the king.
We use this one for everything. It works really well for us...
