Anyone Know Of A Program(?) To Organize Fonts?

Im trying to get around 500 fonts organized on the machine i use for graphics work but am having a hard time of it.

Does anyone know of a program (or method) to arrange around 500 fonts based on folders or 'keywords'?

For example, fonts that would look good on teen site logos, would appear in a folder named 'teens' or would have the word 'teens' appended or prefixed to them?

Theres got to be something like this out there, doesnt there?

    Regards,

    Lee

I am pretty sure adobe has a font management program, but I have never used it (nor any other) so I can't recommend it.

    cheers,

Can't say I've ever seen such a tool. Interesting concept though.

this may be a stupid suggestion - I am not a techie person...
but what about using one of those auto gallery pro scripts
and using the thumbnail sample of the font as the thumbnails
displayed as if it were a gallery... and have the CATEGORIES
be the niche you think the font would look good in...

or maybe not even use the script - but display them on some
html visual sample pages for yourself and have the individual
pages holding lots of thumbnail samples - in diff. folders...

with each folder being the niche...

if I see anything out there I'll let you know - it would be useful
to have something to manage fonts...

if you find something - please post the info here in your thread...

    thanks...
