Sites for a link list that only GWW Community members could submit to?

Ive been thinking about getting this setup for a few months but wanted to find out how much interest there would be if i got this designed and built?

Im thinking along the lines that everyone could link to the site like it was their own 'hub' and that we could generate traffic for everyone who submits sites to the link list.

What do you folks think? Would this be something of interest to you?

but I don't make galleries so I wouldn't be able to participate...
