I know there's lots of options for search engine submission, am looking for one that works for Gay sites.

the best way to get into search engines now is to build up some inbound links from existing sites and then let the search engines find your site on their own. Just make sure that once they hit your domain they have an easy way to spider all the pages you want spidered.

Don't waste your money paying anyone to submit sites. You don't need to submit them, the spiders will pick them up on their own. As as Luke said, if you link to your site from an existing, indexed site, the spider will find your new site on its next crawl.

Most of the submission sites are just scams and you'll likely just end up with a lot of spam in your e-mail box. And some search engines may even ban you for using them.

And don't bother checking Google until your site has been live for five to 11 months. It's doubtful they will list you until then. They have an aging filter in place that doesn't list new sites.

Really the only way to submit your sites to search engines without getting blacklisted is by sending them your xml sitemap. You can eithier use their interface online or you can send it to them using their ping url.

Try and get few social bookmarks for your site to ensure search engines notice your site.
