Well, I should be so lucky. I'm jealous of people that can just doze off. It takes me forever to fall asleep, even to take a nap, I have to be totally exhausted to do that.

I wish I could fall asleep as easily too... I think it's a male thing, maybe. I once read women don't sleep very deeply because they're programmed to response to a baby right away or something like that.

I'm sleeping better than I had been for the last couple years, but it's still not a full night's sleep and it does take me a long time to finally doze off. Often I'm just about to fall asleep and it's like I'm hit with this "wave" that just totally jerks me to full wakefullness... or the dog barks, or the phone rings, or someone knocks on the door ...
