Someone from CorbinFisher/CCbill?

Trying to sign up with the CorbiFisher program to promote on a couple of college sites I want to build. Again, can't sign up because I'm from Israel Israel simply isn't on the list there.

I did PM someone form CF, but sitll haven't heard back. Maybe because it was the weekend , but yes, I kinda want to sign up, see what's in store for webmasters and start promoting.

Hey there.

I got your PM over the weekend and emailed CCBill about it to see why Israel is nto an option on the list; further, I asked them if there was a compelling reason why Israel isn't on the list (fraud? legal issues? banking issues?) and, if so, what advice they have on that and whether or not exceptions can be made (such as known and trusted webmasters).

Have yet to hear back from them so was going to shoot you a message once I had some actual information.

It's new. Btw, are webmasters being paid for those sign-ups?

Paycom has been a backup join option for surfers, but we haven't offered an affiliate signup option through Paycom.

In fact, we won't even be giving Paycom as a joinpage option at all when the new site design comes out this month and have taken the Paycom signup option off of our current joinpage so that surfers don't even see it. Such a negligable number of signups for us ever came through Paycom (perhaps one a week?) that it's just not worth having it up there and giving off the wrong impression to webmasters.

Oh and as for Israel, Tigermom, I'm not sure I'll be able to help you.

I've been told by CCBill that they're unable to process for Israel and that it's not just a matter of their own policies but has to do with the policies of the credit card companies they process for. This affects not only surfers attempting to join but webmasters in those countries as well.

Are you sure webmasters can still join programs when they reside in countries that programs' processor doesn't process for?

There are certain 'high risk' countries that we block by default due to the amounts of fraud and chargebacks originating from those countries; however the program owner may choose to unblock these countries if they wish.

CCbill do work with Israel, and many programs accept webmasters from Israel I know, I am already signed up and have sales to my credit

If you can try and somehow unblock Israel, as Paul suggested, please let me know. I'd be happy to join - I think your program would be a great match for my future sites - www.college-guys.com and college-hunks.com.
