Well i send people a note to tell them that they are using our images and if they want to still use them that they should link to us. (They never respond to this email.)

Then I send them this.

You are in direct violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1997. In addition, we here at KRW, LLC are vigorous in defending our copyrighted material (everything that appears on www.hotcamboiz.com, and www.spaknkycash.com websites are copyright protected). Please remove all offending content immediately or contact us to discuss proper licensing of any and all materials.

Let this email serve as formal notification that all copyrighted material for abovementioned site must be removed. Failure to comply will result in legal sanctions and penalties. The web pages in question on your site have been downloaded for hard copy purposes. If need be our legal counsel will be notified along with your domain's servers.

I file a DMCA with their host and uplink provider. I don't even bother with the webmaster anymore, I get tired of the "oh, I thought it was public domain" or "fuck you, you can't prove I stole it" type comments.

Kinghost is a freehost; they'll pull the site instantly, but the moron will just move it to yet another free host, and it's a never-ending battle that you won't win.

DMCA is your right-hand in the adult industry.

Digital Millenium Copyright Act. File one and the ISP has 24 hours to remove said copyrighted materials or THEY are liable for copyright infringement as well.
