The Driving Force Behind The Online Adult Industry Is?

Was just talking about this with someone on ICQ and i thought it would be a really interesting topic to post on GWW so here goes..

Out of the 4 primary demographics in the porn business, webmasters, programs, content producers and, surfers, which do you think is the primary driving force behind the industry?

By that i mean of those 4 demographic groups, which on has the most 'clout' when it comes to choosing the direction the industry moves in?

I have to admit, i wasnt able to come up with a conclusive answer to this question so thought id throw it out there and see what you folks thought about it.

So, which of those 4 groups do you think has the most power to choose the direction that we head in over the next,, say, 5 years?

Surfers with out sales to them nothing is possible. I do wish it was webmasters but we are just servants to surfers, like the content producers are to the webmasters and so fourth
