Aussies: Where to lookup a company in QLD?

Hi Aussies,

I want to inquire about a company registered in Queensland - where would I lookup such a company, which agency or thelike I have to ring up?

You can do the name search and find out a lot of company details here After the company you are searching for comes up you can get a lot of detailed information by clicking the "complete document listing" link on the bottom right of the screen.

After you find out the office where the company is registered by searching on the link I just gave you... you can go here and get the corresponding Queensland Office of Fair Trading location and contact info.

You can find some Queensland business law and trading information here (very handy) :high:

I typed in the compandy name (no company extension like ltd or thelike) and found nothing when searching "for all names".

Sounds dodgy

The search on that site is real good too.. even typing in the letter A will give you all business names containing the letter A, well at least the first 41.

The mailbox is an "anonymous" mail forwarding service in townsville through this company http://www.continentalrelay.com/contactus.php

They also give you an "anonymous" US phone number and email addy.

Looks like your guy really doesn't want to be found.

Of course the service isn't REALLY anonymous as law enforcement is given access to all company records required for legal reasons.
