Members Area Thumbnail Sizes?

Just wondered what you folks the ideal size of thumbnails inside a members area should be?

Right now, we're using 150px on the longest side inside the Condom Cash sites however, for some new sites we're in the process of getting together, we're going to be using 200px on the longest side.

Do you think the larger (and clearer) the preview thumbnail is, the better 'value' the member things they are getting?

We are all over the place on this one - various sizes (80x80, 88x88, 120x120 & 240x240).
I do believe a larger high-quality or clearer thumb is very important, and I see no point in offering a dark, fuzzy thumb.
