simple cms or content script

i'm looking for a script that, when you add a new pic or video set, moves the other pic or video sets down the listing page while adding the newest set at the top. it would also add listings to the next page, removing them from the previous page as new sets are added.

did that make sense?

I would think most would handle new content that way. I just asked Omar if sitedepth.com would do it that way, and he says, yes.
