I was putting together some stats for a team meeting here and thought some of you all might also be interested in this. This is based on several hundred thousand unique visitors over the last 5 days so its a nice macro view...

Very interesting stats. Especially the information about screen sizes. We're starting to compress vids with MPEG-4 at 640x480 and wondered if many people still had old low-rez (by today's standards) monitors.

    Thanks for the post.

Hmmm interesting. I seem to have broken through the Anglo-American bubble a bit.

My number one non-USA country is Italy... with 3.7% of my traffic.
That is actually pretty consistent for me, .it always seems to be prominent in my stats. After that comes France whose bon vivants are supplying 3.1% of my traffic, followed by the Germans with 2.8%

Only at that point comes Australia with 2.2% and frosty Canada at 2%, and UK taking up the rear. I don't really know why my UK traffic is so low, especially since population wise it's many times greater than Australia. I took down those drunken explatives I made about the Queen months ago.... (just kidding).

I've always angled my site to accomodate a non-US readership.... so I suppose getting one in four is pretty good.

Thanks for sharing the info. Really good stuff to know.

Our biggest traffic outside of the US comes from China and Thailand. We're gonna block the China stuff as soon as we can figure it out. Ok so we aren't the brightest bulbs we're getting there. :sun:
