Anyone Know How To Externally Manage CCBill Cancel Requests?

Im wanting to get some more information from our members that cancel using the reason 'other' and was hoping there was a way i could setup a section on our support site that handles these types of custom cancellations.

Does anyone know if this is..

1) Possible to do without the member going to CCBill support and;
2) If it is possible, what, if any, scripting is needed?

Hey Lee,

The best suggestion I could have is to have a cancel link on your site that will ask them a question or two and then forward them to our site after that. We can provide you with a link of where to send them but beyond that the setup is really up to you.

Do you know if ill be able to do that same kind of pre-filled form fields that we use on our join pages if i went that route?

Obviously i dont want surfers to cancel at all but, if they are going to, i want to make the process as easy as possible for them.
