I am really so sick of shitty gay content on the net. Seriously...how many times do you run across something that claims to be a "Big Cock" site that is full of twinks with little dicks??? Or twink sites using ugly models...military sites full of all the same models they used in the twink site! etc....

So many sites do not offer what they imply and it's frustrating. Once we get a couple major programs launched within the next month or so, I'm going to be responsible for re-developing our gay affiliate program. Right now all we have is www.sinboys.com which is old and no good. But now that I'm on board I've been asked to renew that when we're able. I'm starting to look for high quality content...any leads?

what I've been recommending for ages, and especially in this day and age of online adult, is to create a base of content that is a mix of what is already avaialable and custom shoots.

To fill my base I automatically go to:

Then there is the custom part of the site. This is something that can and will set you up to be unique. Having content that is exclusive is the first step to being unique. I have two different photographers doing shoots for us. One is an establish pro, the other is a newbie who enjoys taking naked pics LOL

For a long time, there have been sites that just grabbed whatever content that was out there and through a site together. Trying to make the millions of dollars they were told they'd make in porn. It surprises me that many of them are still around with the blatant lies that are being in sold. As you said, Big Cock sites with twinks and little dicks.

With effort, and some cash, creating a good paysite isn't a difficult venture. Especially when you decide to give the surfers what they are paying for.

What about sponsors who offer 6 gay sites and all are different niches, yet when you get into the members' area, the content is identical?

I've been doing reviews lately and what I've seen disgusts me. First, EVERY damned gay site has the same content unless it's exclusive and even then, that's bullshit. I've seen the same photos on sites that advertise themselves as 'exclusive pics not seen elsewhere'.

The 'big cock' sites entice you with morphed Photoshopped cocks that shrink once you've paid your cash.

we have a big cock site. the cocks aren't amazing like in some sites - they are genuine large cocks. and ya know what? it's fucking hell finding them sometimes. but i have to say that a lot of guys are buying the fantasy of the HUGE 16 INCHER, and that means photoshop. they have straight videos where the guys where prosthetic big cocks, and men buy those videos all the time. i think that phoney big dicks are a fantasy like reality sites - we know that the guys in the van didn't REALLY pick that guy up, but we like to pretend we thought they did ;-)
