Whats the problem? looks like you dont even need a password protected area or anything like that.
i don't know how to add an rss feed to a web page. i've never dealt with rss before.
I see what you are talking about now, that is fucked up, looks like the want you to have some kind of reader or something on your domain to be able to use the script, how much you want to bet they charge for that or it has some spy programs in it
basschick,
I'll buzz AndyMike and get him into this thread. He should be able to help you.
Cheers
Michael
thanks, michael
Hey Patti,
I wrote a tutorial about creating and using rss/xml feeds in sites and you are welcome to check out. (URL is www.mesmerotic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64) If you need help with getting everything set up hit me up on ICQ and I'll give you a hand.
You'll get more with a kind word and a 2 by 4 then you'll get with just a kind word.

I've been going full bore with RSS feeds for several months now. It's great. I use Feedburner and Furl.net
I so much prefer syndicating my new website stuff versus sending out those creeky old email newsletters. That's so 20th century.
Steve
Browsers are going to fully support rss feeds soon so you can read them in any browser. The new IE will have it, not sure about the other ones.

I use NewsGator to read the RSS feeds. It is a web based application, so anyone who has used Hotmail or Gmail should quickly find their way around it. I have NewsGator buttons on the front pages of my websites, which I think is an easy way for newbies to get started with RSS.
For business purposes only, of course, I monitor the gay porn blogs, and I cannot now imagine doing this without an RSS reader. I have organized my subjects into folders. So in the Adult folder, I have subscribed to all the gay porn movie industry blogs and the gossip blogs.... like Lavender Lounge. Of course, I always peek at my FriskyFeed to see that it's all appearing properly.
Plus no collection of newsfeeds would be complete without AndyMike's blogs!
I also have a folder labeled "News" in which go all the news and current events stuff I follow.
More and more of the mainstream affiliate programs I use are updating their product announcements or their affiliate announcements with RSS... I *love* that... adult affiliate managers, take note!

I welcome you to check out www.FeedAdult.com -- great RSS management script for sponsors/paysite owners and webmasters... syndicate Title, Description, Image, and tracking ID...

Whilst we're on the subject of RSS Feeds... Does anyone know how to make a good affiliate RSS Feed?
Dave, is that what your program does buddy?
