We just opened 2 new sites this week, www.BigDickSearch.com & www.LostInDaHood.com but CCBill will not approve LostInDaHood because they feel it is too over the top for them. Well judge for yourself. This puts us in the position of speeding up our move to a cascading billing system. We have at about a 50/50 good/bad input about Nats and MP3A. I've seen some posts on here about those topics, anybody have any new information we would appreciate hearing it.

In the mean time we're just going to slap a bandaid on it and are currently setting up the Epoch affiliate system for LostInDaHood on our BoyBling.com affiliate site. The problem comes when it's time to rip the bandaid off. It tends to here the puller and pullie - we have no other solution.

We're also going to be offering a new site www.GayScreenTest.com to select affiliates as soon as we get a cascading system. This is a free live feed from our studio featuring interviews of every guy that walks through our door looking to be the next hot porn star (the good and the bad) as well as behind the scenes views of actual video shoots. Its main purpose is generating traffic to our other sites however it does have a VIP upsell. The site will open next week and will have a CCBill affiliate program. This will change as soon as we install one of the cascading programs.

We would really appreciate your advice on up above.

Also who plans to go to the FL Internext this year and if your not going, why?

I know this is a mouthful from someone you don't hear from often but Hal keeps me chained up away from my pc. HaHa.

have you asked someone at epoch to peek at LostInDaHood.com? usually visa requirements are the bottom line for both processors.

i liked working with nats. it gave all sorts of useful info, was easy to add affiliate content and banners and stuff, and it's easy to offer different pricing options or tours.

doesn't nats work with verotel? they're not my favorite processor, but better to have 2 in your cascade.

But where have I seen lostindahood.com before? I know of other Thug sites but the pizza on the ass... I've seen that somewhere else. Did you gys shoot some content for another thug site?

Also, bigdicksearch.com is a great concept but why is a woman doing the pick-up and measuring? It's gonna be a little tough to sell to gay surfers although bi-traffic would eat it up.

Epoch and Visa both approved our site. I spoke with Mark, the director of website reviews for CCBill today. He told me the opposite of what I thought. It's Mastercard that is actually the big concern. They don't do a review right away, however they have a staff who surfs through all the sites that use MasterCard and if they find a AUP violation they begin to fine CCBill $25,000.00 a day. Epoch feels the site is ok. And it should be, we edited it 3 times for CCbill and just gave up after today. I have my own high risk merchant account since 1996 when I first started. I'll use that and Epoch and whoever else is legit and interfaces with MPA3 or NATS. Thanks for the input.

Thanks for the compliments. We did have LostinDaHood.com up several months ago and asked for input on GWW. However, when CCBill wouldn't approve, we had to edit all the video and all the descriptions and we did that again after taking many hours to do it the first time because CCBill didn't like the first revision. Anyway, that's where you saw the pizza scene. Shoot me an email and I'll send you a password. You have to see that scene in it's entirety - it's a hoot.

You have a good eye for marketing. Having Candi Apple was a crucial decision and we finally went with it because of her personality. The majority of reality sites are mostly set ups vs the real thing. Well, we took Candi to the beach and the guys you'll see were actually picked up there and had to fill out model releases and have their IDs photographed. And you never know what she's going to ask them next. We figured it would be a gay/bi/straight female audience. It's new territory and we'll see what happens. However, if you look at BaitBuddies.com, we also use a girl in most of those episodes (Playboy model Mason Storm) as they director. In neither series is the woman really active in the sexual part of the video. We do allot of straight guys go gay for pay stuff and the straight guys are much more comfortable in that situation. The site converts really, really well. If you guys know Mark from MOTN you can ask him. Our other site HardnStraight.com has been on of MOTN's biggest consistent moneymakers since we started it in 1996 as like-em-straight.com. BaitBuddies.com is almost at that same point as far as conversions and revenue. Go know...

Hey Hal - it's an awesome site. It should do well for you. It sounds like your best simply moving on from your current processing dilemma and using your own MA with Paycom.

The MPA3 guys are good at integrating non-standard gateways and platforms. It would be worthwhile getting in contact with them to see how it quickly they could solve your problem.
