FHG Designers - Who Does The Best Work?

From a sales point of view not a graphics one?

Im looking to add a couple of thousands extra FHGs to Condom Cash and am trying to find the best place to go in order to get a few layout designs done, who have you folks used in the past that did work that sold the site they were used for really well?
