    best log analyzer ?

uptill recently I have been useing webtends and was very happy with it as I could run reports on specific access points and gateway pages of my site to see stats and members movements. however the version no longer works apparently due to a log format change in the webserver i am useing.

the prices on upgrading to the letset version seem really high so I am wondering what other good programs are out there? they must be able to read iis logs

There are some recent conversations about web log analyzers here:

I use Web Log Expert and I've been happy. ClickTrackz is good, too, but they're expensive.

I tihnk the best thing out there is Google Analytics, which is free (google.com/analytics) though has a brief waiting list. it used to be Urchin, a top-shelf package, but then Google acquired the company and made it free. yay, Google. anyhow, it's amazing, and the goal-tracking features are great.
