I just saw the latest new coverage on the justin berry webcam incedent.

where this kid and the reporter are in front of congress complaining because the goverment isnt rounding up all 1,500 of his members to his website that he ran.

apparently, the kid ran this site upto the age of 21 and apparentl;y the site alwasy sait he was 18 on it, now the kid wants the doj to round up all his members because he lied to people about his age?

this sounds like a very scarey situation. I am glad i never visted that site but gives you cause to pause and think of other sites you may have sured over.

He was on Larry King, and on Fox News last night/this AM. I don’t know about the whole thing, sound like some guys did take advantage of him ”especially his Dad” but at the same time he kinda knew what he was doing, and was lying to allot of people. He would not say how much money he made, or where it went. In fact he says he is now going to school to become a web designer, so not really sure how bad of an experience his show really where on him. I think he is just acting like a kid, wanting to have it both ways, and not taking any responsibility for his actions at all.

true but i am focusing on the facty that for a lot of gay people out there signing up for a membership to any gay site is a scary thing for them, we have people send us money orders from po boxes because they dont want theire wives/ freinds./ colleges to find out. how much harder will it be to get gay peole to join sites when they hear that the webmaster of a site they joined , probally in good faith , has turned all theire records over to the DOJ for some harrasment at the very least.

Well not really sure that’s how they would look at it, the way it was presented was more like knowing guys going a CP site than anything else. That said from some other things that I have heard said that was not really the case and allot of them did not know. This is probably why nothing has ever been done about this “list”

it's not like he advertised himself as underage. a lot of guys probably figured he was just young-looking.

some of the members of his site joined after he was 18, too. i wonder if he checked the dates of the memberships before he handed his member list over to the DOJ...

This guy is such a f_cking manipulating liar. They left out the part where he came up with the idea, built the website, billed the clients, and accepted and spent the money from his own cam site.

Now he got caught as being a queer on cam by his buddies in high school, so he yelled wolf and now is turning everyone over so he looks good. Doing it in the name of saving children when he is the one that created all of this.

Yeah, what you all said and more. I have a real problem with the title of that story too: Porn Victim?? Seems like a little entrepreneur to me, albeit he was running an illegal business.

If he had been selling drugs on the street, would they have said he was a victim of the drug cartels and put him before congress?? I dont think so. They would have put the little punk in jail where he belongs.

I saw Justin on Larry King last night - this kid is defently pulling the sympathy card.

From the way Larry was reacting to Justin's answers, I don't think he beleived his story as being the victim - expecially when this kid pulled in 300K++ with his site.

I did find it interesting that his lawyer had to jump in before Justin answers a callers question on why he didn't just turn off his webcam.

He only stopped doing it all because one of his high school buddies found his website and made it public in his school and everywhere else. So to avoid mommy and daddy beating his ass and him taking responsibility for what we he was doing he used the plea of the pedophiles brain washed him and made him do it all.

He isn't doing any of this to save anyone, he did it to avoid being punished.
